This building has log framing, and the brick portion was built at the time of the Harmonites. What was a dilapidated and vacant residence is now a commercial building housing three businesses.

On the exterior, Tom put new vinyl siding on the back part, created the window frames and replaced the windows, replaced the old shingle roof with a new green metal roof, put in cobblestone steps, and rebuilt the back steps to the second floor as well as both back porches.

Every square inch of the inside is new. Tom gutted the interior and replaced all the wiring, sheetrock, walls, mechanicals, and plumbing (2 half baths and 1 full bath), and added insulation.
