Tom has an unusual gift for this business. When a customer describes what he wants in a new space or restoration, Tom can “see” it complete in his mind. Often, when he completes the drawings for the permit, the customer is amazed that their vision, now clearly on paper, will soon become a reality.

Having worked for contractors in various capacities, Tom soon realized that his talents and hands-on approach were superior to those for whom he had worked and soon ventured out on his own. This enables him to devote whatever time he needs to the finish work; the details.

As American Builders and Restorers, Tom is able to utilize his talent to give a superior finished product to the homeowner. From doing the drawings and obtaining the necessary permits, to excavating, framing, and finishing new construction, American Builders and Restorers does everything. In restoration projects, consideration to every detail is carefully given.

Currently located in western Pennsylvania, Tom has worked extensively in upstate New York and along the east coast of Florida from St. Lucie County to Miami. This has been his passion for more than 20 years.
